Key Responsibilities:
General office administration and support to the management team
Handling invoices, payments, and reconciliations using
Sage 50 Accounts
Managing orders, stock, and customer records via our
BrewMan CMS
(brewery-specific software - training will be provided)
Answering phone calls, emails, and assisting customers and suppliers
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc admin duties
Requirements:
Previous experience with
Sage 50 Accounts
is essential
Confident IT and admin skills, with good attention to detail
Experience using a CMS or ERP system (BrewMan knowledge is an advantage, but training provided)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
