We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role requires excellent organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our team.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date
Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing.
Prepare monthly reports.
Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organised for easy retrieval
Support team members with clerical duties as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Balancing daily tills and Ledgers
Experience
Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Sage
Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Prior clerical experience will be an advantage
