We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at our head office located in Piccadilly, London.
Role Overview:
As a Payroll Administrator at Noble Restaurant Group, you will assist with payroll operations for over 1,000 employees across our six restaurant brands. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and acting as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries. This is a part-time position, requiring to be onsite in our head office.
As Payroll Administrator, you'll need strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage high volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across three PAYE companies, maintaining accurate records for a total headcount of around 1,000.
Timesheet Verification:
Verify and check timesheets/hours, coordinate weekly sign-offs from sites, collate changes, and communicate these to the payroll via our inhouse systems.
Payroll Queries:
Assist with payroll-related queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
System Updates:
Ensure all payroll systems are up to date with required changes, maintaining accuracy across platforms.
Statutory Payments:
Monitor, record and submit statutory payments such as sickness, maternity, and paternity leave to payroll.

Excel:
Must have strong Excel knowledge and experience.
Discretion:
Maintain absolute discretion in handling sensitive payroll information.
High Volume Data Management:
Experience in managing large volumes of data with accuracy.

Meticulous attention to detail is essential for this role.
Computer Literacy:
Proficient in using payroll, Microsoft Excel, and HR systems.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to think outside the box and address issues proactively.
Payroll Experience:
Previous experience in payroll is a benefit but not mandatory.
