We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroller to join our team on a part-time, remote working basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support our employees.
Hours:
Approx. 50 hours over the month (to be worked between
Tuesday-Friday
with a heavier workload towards the end of the month)

Remote (UK-based, Midlands preferred)

Permanent, part-time
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end payroll processing using
Sage 50 Payroll
Administering statutory payments, including
SMP, SSP and SPP
Managing
auto-enrolment pension administration
and submissions
Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and RTI reporting
Maintaining accurate employee records and responding to payroll queries
Requirements:
Proven experience using
Sage 50 Payroll
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including statutory payments
Experience with
auto-enrolment pension schemes
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively
