Portfolio & Operations Executive - Remote, Part-Time (Property + Social Media)

Your work will keep both engines humming: timely property completions, accurate reporting, and smooth, tech-enabled operations that power our growing online community.

Role Purpose

Own the day-to-day execution that lets the CEO stay focused on strategy. You will coordinate property deals, streamline reporting, and keep our social-platform workflows running. All while bringing a steady, relationship-driven rhythm to every project.

Key Outcomes (first 12-18 months)

Multiple property purchases/refinances closed each year

--on time, on budget, zero compliance issues

100 % lender-ready file accuracy

for every deal (tenancy, licensing, finance packs)

AI-powered workflows

(Large language models like ChatGPT, workflow apps and creation tools) embedded across property and social-media operations

Social-platform rhythm set:

posts scheduled, comments engaged and basic insights reported weekly for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn

Carnivore Entrepreneur KPI tracking and management

, focusing on growth, engagement and profit

Must-Haves

5+ years hands-on UK property operations or lettings/estate-agency experience Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills (e.g. formulas, pivots, basic scripting) Familiarity with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn for business communication Experience in utilising AI to improve business systems/workflows Experience working from home Comfort invoicing as a self-employed contractor (20-25 hrs/week during UK working hours) Able to work within a 15-25 per-hour base rate and performance-linked bonuses Excellent written and spoken English, reliable home office set-up

Nice-to-Haves

Experience supporting an eight-figure organisation or high-growth founder directly Knowledge of UK short-term-rental compliance Experience in digital marketing and sales funnels

Pay Structure

Base:

15-25 per hour (self-employed), invoiced monthly

Performance Bonuses:

500 for every property purchase/refinance completed on-time & on-budget 10 % share of quarterly net profit from The Carnivore Entrepreneur Other adhoc project bonus'

On-Target Earnings:

realistic pathway to more than double base pay over 24 months through performance bonuses. You give yourself a pay rise through performance
