Part-Time Marketing Executive (10 - 16 hrs per week - Flexible School Hours)

About Us

ANB Trees & Grounds Ltd, is a family-run tree surgery and grounds management company. Based in the beautiful Berkshire village of Waltham st Lawrence, we deliver expert tree surgery, landscaping, and grounds management across the South East. With a rebrand now complete, we're bringing our marketing in-house and looking for a capable, creative and organised Marketing Executive to help us tell our story and grow our brand.

About the Role

This is a brand-new position designed for someone who wants flexible, meaningful part-time work, ideally over two- three days per week during school hours. You'll take ownership of our marketing across digital and print, creating engaging, on-brand content and helping to build a consistent, professional image for the business.

From managing our digital media to working alongside one of our directors to design print material and keep our WordPress website updated. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

There is plenty of scope to increase hours over time as the business and role develop.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver marketing activity aligned to company objectives Design branded content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Capture and edit site photos and short-form videos for use across social platforms Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Write and schedule email marketing and newsletter campaigns Collaborate with SEO and Google Ads agencies to ensure campaign alignment Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints Report back on marketing performance

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience with proven track record in marketing or communications role Strong skills in Canva and confidence using Adobe tools Knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices Excellent written English and visual storytelling ability A proactive mindset. You'll be the go-to for all things marketing Organised and self-sufficient. Able to plan and manage your own workload Experience working in or with SMEs or trades is an advantage

Role Details

10-16 hrs per week (flexible hours - ideally during school hours) Salary: 17-20 per hour Option to grow hours over time as the role develops Office-based with some home working flexibility available once roll is established
