We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-time Preschool Room Practitioner to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for children. This role involves working closely with young children, supporting their development, and ensuring they receive high-quality care in a stimulating nursery setting.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in the preschool room.
Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and milestones.
Collaborate with other practitioners to maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment.
Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care and education provided to the children.
Qualifications
Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.
A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while demonstrating leadership qualities.
Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is preferred.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within the preschool environment.
