What We're Looking For
A qualified teacher with experience in the primary curriculum
Passion for supporting students with SEMH needs
Strong classroom practice and positive behaviour management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Trauma Perceptive Practice (TPP) or willingness to learn
SEN/SEMH experience preferred
A sense of humour and a commitment to teamwork
