Processing Operatives

to join a busy team at a salmon and trout processing site in Dingwall.

No experience? No worries. You'll get

full training and support

from day one.

What you'll be doing

You'll be part of a friendly team working with fresh salmon and trout, helping to keep production running smoothly. It's a physical, hands?on role in a chilled environment, so you'll be active throughout your shift.

Your tasks may include:

Feeding and supporting the production line Gutting, washing, and grading fish Tagging and boxing products ready for dispatch Chill work (icing, lidding, banding, palletising) Filleting and other processing duties

What's in it for you

13.60/hour starting rate

Pay rise to

14.10/hour after 3 months

Guaranteed

14 hours per week

(Monday & Thursday shifts) with potential to work up to 24 hours

Subsidised transport

to site from Inverness, Alness or Invergordon Up to

25% annual bonus

upon eligibility

30 days' annual leave

(pro?rata) once you've completed 12 weeks in placement Full

training

provided Start on an agency contract, with the opportunity to move into a

permanent role
