We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team, which focuses on the efficient management of clients' property portfolios. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of a team that values client service, operational excellence, and long-term relationships.
About the Role
You'll be supporting the management of a varied portfolio of commercial assets - including office buildings, retail premises, industrial estates, and a selection of residential properties. You will play a key role in credit control functions while contributing to the smooth running of property management operations.
What We're Looking For
Credit control experience is advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and potential.
Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Forward-thinking with excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Main Responsibilities
Maintain high-quality service delivery for your designated client accounts.
Produce accurate financial data to support performance reporting.
Compile and deliver professional reports in line with client expectations and deadlines.
Carry out routine credit control duties, including contacting clients and third parties by phone and email, logging interactions, and updating the accounting system accordingly.
Monitor overdue payments, escalate issues when appropriate, and negotiate repayment arrangements when necessary.
Provide monthly property meter readings to relevant utility suppliers.

Pay: 26,206.00-27,500.00 per year
