Online and part time remote. Make your own hours with flexi work. Work from home. Teesside based is preferential with a need to be on site 2 or 3 times every two weeks

We are currently looking for a Property Manager who's main focus will be rent collection.

We are advertising this role with full flexibility for the right candidate.

Main Day to Day tasks include:

Checking the daily rents that are due, ensuring payments are made in a timely manner Debt Management: Communicating openly with tenant's who may be late with rent, need help with payment plans and managing their payments Evictions: Bring unresolved tenancies to a close, communicating and bring matters to an as amiable finish with tenant's as possible Managing difficult tenancies: Whether through anti-social behaviour, none payment of rent or varied issues - managing and maintaining difficult tenancies.
Additional duties depending on the applicants experience may include

Property Management: Dealing with general tenant issues, building rapport with tenants, including serving paperwork and handling evictions. Airbnb and short term letting management. Property Maintenance: Organising Contractors and overseeing works. Property Inspections and property lettings
The applicants will require the following skills/experience:

Very High level of interpersonal skills. Be able to manage work load, establish priorities and have good time management skills. Confidence and Presentation skills. An ability to work by themselves and on their own initiative. Driven to meet targets and cope under pressure.
In addition all Applicants will need to have:

A Full Driving Licence. Willing to travel over the TEESSIDE (And north east if required) Experience in the property sector.
Salary: 15 an hour up to 5 - 10 hours a week.
