We're looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients.
In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a positive first impression while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our front desk.

What will I be doing as a Receptionist and Administrator?

A typical week could look like:
Supporting our customers and visitors in the provision of information and query resolution at the first point of contact where appropriate and taking personal responsibility for the resolution of an enquiry until it has been resolved.
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of services and functions carried out by Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP), ensuring that people are advised and directed accurately.
Reporting repair requests using the LHP repairs system.
Providing support with meal delivery.
Assisting in the processing of incoming post and other administrative duties as necessary.
Assisting with building Health and Safety compliance checks.
Ensuring that visitors are made aware of fire safety procedures.
Ensuring all visitors sign the visitors signing in book upon arrival and exit of the premises.
Ensuring the reception areas are always clean and tidy and organising the information of leaflets which may be of interest to both customers and visitors.
Arranging and carrying out viewings for prospective tenants and assisting in the signing up of new tenants.
Help with arranging and delivering social events for residents.
Assisting (if necessary) with the dementia day care service, "Memory Lane".
What Skills, Abilities, Knowledge and Experience will I need as a Receptionist and Administrator?
Experience in an administrator or receptionist role
Great office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience in meeting tight deadlines
Experience working in a team
Excellent customer care skills
Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills
Using IT systems to record and retrieve information
Prioritisation and organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
Experience managing varied and possibly challenging situations, in a customer service environment
