The Role

We're delighted to be recruiting a

Part-Time Receptionist

to join our friendly Accommodation Department team.

Hours:

18-20 hours per week

Schedule:

Includes evenings and weekends on a rotational basis

Start date:

Immediate

Flexibility:

Additional hours may be available to provide holiday cover

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional manner Answer telephone calls and handle enquiries Arrange appointments and manage correspondence Process incoming and outgoing mail Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records Perform general administrative duties including printing and photocopying

About You

Polite, friendly, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills Confident using

Microsoft Office

Previous experience in an office or reception environment is desirable, but not essential
