Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

Duties



Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail. Perform data entry tasks accurately into various systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Skills



Proficient in computerised office systems Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Monday to Friday
