We're expanding our sales team and offering a part-time opportunity for driven individuals who want to make an impact.
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in generating new business by booking meetings for our Sales team. You'll build relationships with potential customers, identify commercial opportunities, and be supported with comprehensive training and development.
We're looking for confident, competitive, and tenacious individuals with excellent communication skills who thrive in a results-driven environment. You'll be equipped with proven tools and techniques to help you hit targets, exceed expectations, and succeed in a high-performance sales career.
What you'll be doing:
Engaging confidently with key decision makers through business-led conversations Developing an understanding of our customers' businesses and what drives them by having meaningful conversations and asking thoughtful questions Building successful B2B relationships to book meetings for our Sales team Achieving KPIs by identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities Immersing yourself in your target vertical markets to become an expert in your field Utilising a range of communication methods including social selling

Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building rapport Tenacity, ambition and the ability to adapt quickly Proactive attitude with confidence in making outbound calls Self-motivation and the ability to use your own initiative Experience in a customer-facing, performance or sales role A driven, collaborative and energetic nature A team player with a commitment to ethical B2B sales
