Part-Time Sales Negotiator

We are a well-established and respected independent Letting & Estate Agency, and due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and professional Part-Time Sales Negotiator to join our friendly team.

Hours of Work:

Thursday: 8 hours Friday: 8 hours Saturday: 4 hours (10am - 2pm)Total: 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

:

Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties Conducting viewings with potential buyers and tenants Negotiating offers between buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors Providing excellent customer service at all times Handling telephone and email enquiries Updating property listings and marketing materials General office administration and support for the wider team

Skills & Requirements

:

Minimum 2 years' sales experience (property sales/lettings preferred) Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own vehicle Strong negotiation and customer service skills Confident, enthusiastic and professional approach Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and property software systems
