We're looking for a confident, proactive
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to drive new client acquisition through cold calls and email outreach. You'll be contacting decision-makers at eCom brands and offering them a
free Google Ads audit
a proven, high-converting offer that often leads to retainer clients.
This is a flexible, remote, part-time role (approximately
4 hours per day
) with
uncapped commission
and direct access to the founder. You'll be working with a small, passionate team that values initiative, consistency, and results.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to warm eCommerce leads (provided) via cold calls and email
Qualify prospects and book discovery/audit calls into the founder's calendar
Maintain accurate outreach tracking in
Pipedrive
Follow up on interested leads using tools like
Lusha
for contact enrichment
Represent the agency with a helpful, confident, and founder-led tone
Requirements:
UK-based with fluent, confident spoken English
Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or SDR roles
A track record of consistently booking sales calls
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace
Bonus (not required):
Familiarity with eCommerce or performance marketing
Experience using tools like Pipedrive, Lusha, Calendly, or Google Workspace
Compensation:
20 per hour
50 commission for each qualified call booked
100 commission for each client signed
Flexible, remote schedule
