The ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a similar environment, a positive can-do attitude, willing to learn new skills, an excellent work ethic plus own transport required as you will be supporting our operations between our two restaurant locations in

Truro and St Austell

.

What you will be doing:

Assisting in the preparation, frying and serving of food, ensuring a clean and hygienic Restaurant at all times. Processing orders using the till system, taking cash and card payments. Adhering to safety standards, ensuring a clean and hygienic kitchen and restaurant at all times. Maintaining a positive company image and reputation with excellent customer service maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment. Ensure implementation of company policy at all times.

What we are looking for:

Experience in Food Preparation and Cooking (or willingness to learn) Ability to work under pressure and un-supervised Level 2 Food Hygiene or Above (desired) Experience in a Cafe/Restaurant Able to take initiative and take pride in their work Excellent Customer service and outgoing personality Flexibility is key Anyone reliable, local and ready to help out when needed
