The Role

We're looking for a

Part-Time Shop Assistant

to join our South West London studio. This is a customer-facing role that combines client fittings with light administrative support. You'll be the first point of contact for clients visiting our boutique -- welcoming them, assisting during fittings, and helping to manage appointments and orders.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide an exceptional in-store experience Assist with fittings for bridal, eveningwear, and tailoring clients (training provided) Manage the booking system, calls, and email enquiries Keep client records and alteration notes organised and up to date Support the alterations team with day-to-day studio operations Ensure the boutique remains tidy, professional, and welcoming at all times

About You

Confident, professional, and friendly with excellent customer service skills Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks calmly Interest in fashion, tailoring, or bridalwear preferred (no sewing skills required) Comfortable using email, scheduling systems, and spreadsheets Flexible availability, including some Saturdays

Hours:

Part-time, approximately 2-3 days per week (flexible)

Location:

South West London

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week
