We are a small independent SEN school based in a rural location near Truro in Cornwall.


As we are developing further we are seeking to appoint a caring, passionate and resilient teacher who has a deep desire to make a lasting difference to the young people at our school.

The successful candidate will lead a small group of learners, with a high staff to learner ratio, offering a broad and challenging curriculum designed to meet the individual needs of our learners. You will harness the joy of learning and enable our learners to make progress towards academic and EHCP outcomes.

Our teachers have the support and flexibility to plan and deliver a curriculum for individual and small group learning, applying their individual specialist interests and skills. Off-site educational visits and outdoor activities are included to broaden and strengthen learning opportunities.


Supporting our learners in developing positive relationships, self-confidence, resilience, and creativity is crucial to our ethos.

We are seeking a teacher who is QTS/QTLS/ PGCE qualified.
