Initially office based in York until probation after 6 month period. Following this there is the opportunity to work from home a day a week.
JSP Sustainability Ltd is a leading sustainable design practice working alongside some of the UK's top 20 house builders and contractors. Based in York, we work with clients throughout England, Scotland and Wales. We have an excellent reputation within our industry and receive repeat business on a regular basis from our extensive client base.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing clerical support, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with house builders.
Responsibilities
Main point of contact for calls, re-directing to appropriate team members where necessary
Liaising and booking in Air Tests.
Reviewing photos from the house build process (training will be provided)
General administrative support to the technical team and company directors.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Be able to self-manage a busy and time-critical schedule of work
Be able to input data efficiently and with a high level of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience in the construction or similar sector would be an advantage, but is not essential
Expected start date ASAP
