Location: Harlow, Essex

Hours: 2 days per week initially (with potential to increase)
Working hours: Ideally 9:00am-5:00pm (flexible - hours can be spread over 3 days)
We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our transport operation in Harlow, Essex. This role would suit someone with previous administrative experience, ideally within the transport or logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Proof of Delivery (POD) notes: sourcing from drivers, scanning, uploading to systems, and emailing to clients
Listing jobs on Excel spreadsheets
Assisting in Invoicing clients and managing credit control
Ensuring timesheet compliance
Recording fuel and AdBlue usage
Checking supplier invoices for accuracy
General administrative duties as required
About You:
Previous admin experience essential
Experience in transport/logistics preferred
Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Able to work independently and manage workload
Good communication skills
