The Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Accounts, Admin & Rent Collection Assistant
to help with day-to-day finance and property administration tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing rent payments, and supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Record income and expenses project-by-project
Assist with rent collection and arrears tracking
Reconcile rent received with property management statements
Help prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
Process and file invoices, receipts, and payment schedules
Support bank reconciliations and VAT
Maintain organised digital filing systems and records
Provide general administrative support to management
Requirements:
Experience in accounts, admin, or property finance
Strong Excel and organisational skills
Good communication and professionalism when liaising with tenants or clients
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Work Location: In person
