Part Time Veterinary Receptionist
Job Description
Valley Veterinary Group is a well established, independent practice in West Berkshire. Across our three sites in Bradfield, Pangbourne and Spencers Wood we offer a high quality service for our lovely clients with a friendly team ethos. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a passion for customer service to join our team. The position is to be predominantly based at our Pangbourne surgery from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting clients and their pets
Managing telephone enquiries
Liaising with clinical staff to ensure a high level of customer service
Booking appointments
Taking and reconciling payments
Maintaining a clean and safe work station.
We are committed to providing a high standard of customer service to our clients in a calm and professional setting. Ideally you will have excellent communication skills, be confident using basic IT systems and have prior experience in a customer facing role.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
