Summary

As a Waste Operative at Your Option, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and safety in various environments. This position is essential for ensuring that waste is managed efficiently and responsibly, contributing to our mission of providing top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Collect and dispose of bin waste materials in accordance with company policies and regulations every

Saturday and Sunday (8am-1pm), and week work.

Perform routine inspections of waste collection areas to ensure cleanliness and safety. Operate machinery or equipment as required for waste management tasks. Assist in heavy lifting and moving of waste materials when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient waste collection processes. Report any issues or hazards encountered during operations to the supervisor.

Requirements

Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required.

Previous experience driving a caged tipper van.

Previous experience in Specialist Cleaning with accreditations is an advantage but not mandatory.

Previous experience in waste management or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
