Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Part Time Will Writer and Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in liaising with clients to take instructions in their will documents once the relevant training and exams have been completed - plus ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing extra administrative support and managing various tasks efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, online client contact, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

With the right candidate, this role could very soon become a full time one if required but initially starting at 3 days per week (2 days in the office, 1 day at home)

Duties



Once relevant training and exams have been completed, taking instructions from clients online or by phone, and advising them re their wills/exclusions/trusts/Lasting Powers of Attorney etc Checking other Will Writers cases for drafting accuracy Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, communicating effectively with clients Assisting administration process, dealing with enquiries via email/post etc Other admin tasks involving filing, sending letters

Skills



Willingness to learn, take exams, study, train to be a qualified Will Writer Strong knowledge of wills, trusts etc in England and Wales or some legal background would be ideal Passionate to provide a caring professional service to clients and deal with difficult situations with empathy Able to work on your own or part of a team Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
