We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills, effective organisational abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing staff performance, managing sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Assist and Manage daily operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication among team members. Monitor inventory levels and assist in retail management with the manager to optimise stock availability. Implement effective time management strategies to maximise productivity within the team. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction levels. Maintain accurate records of sales performance and report findings to upper management.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a retail or sales environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and staff alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.65-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
