We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Cook 2 days per week. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes (including Roast Dinners) while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your culinary expertise will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Duties
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Ability to work effectively.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
Previous experience in meal preparation and serving is advantageous but not mandatory.
