As a key member of Pythian's Business Development team, you will leverage your relationship building capabilities and work cross functionally to support, enable, grow and strengthen our partnerships at Pythian.
You will build and manage relationships with Pythian's partners and serve as a representative of the organization externally. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the Pythian sales team members who are individual contributors and, Partner Field Sales, Partner Management and Customer Engineering and other related roles at Google, and with other key partners such as Oracle, helping to build a steady stream of potential opportunities for Pythian.
You are a highly energetic, proactive, and trustworthy individual with a thoughtful approach to building relationships. You possess a demonstrated ability to strategically navigate and leverage partner organizations to identify and secure new business opportunities. You are adept at influencing through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building, and you approach challenges with a "can-do" attitude and a strong drive for success.
