Partner - Head of Property Management

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic department while enjoying excellent career progression, leadership autonomy, and performance-driven rewards.As part of continued growth, my client is seeking an exceptional individual to lead their London-based Property Management team, supporting a diverse client base including top-tier lenders and major public sector bodies.You'll be at the helm of a 35-strong, multi-disciplinary team made up of surveyors, facilities managers, and accountants, working collaboratively across UK-wide offices.I am looking for a strategic, client-focused leader with the drive to expand my clients London and Southeast portfolio. If you have a passion for delivering best-in-class property services and the ambition to grow your own client base, I want to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing:Leading the London Property Management team and supporting its continued growth.Managing a diverse range of key assets on behalf of high-profile clients.Building new business opportunities and expanding presence in the London/Southeast region.Working closely with internal experts across facilities management, surveying, and accounting.Managing contractor relationships, tenant queries, insurance claims, and on-site staff interactions.Overseeing financial elements such as rent, service charges, and budget processes.Contributing to the national strategy by supporting instructions across the UK.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in Property Management with a track record of portfolio growth.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.Excellent interpersonal and client relationship-building abilities.A collaborative mindset and a commitment to service excellence.Interested?
