Partner Support Executive
, you'll be the person our trusted partners count on to keep things running smoothly, solve issues quickly and build lasting relationships.
THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE
You won't just be answering queries--you'll be
powering the engine
behind our partner network. You'll:
Handle calls and emails from our B2B partners with clarity and care
Onboard new partners after handover from the New Business team
Build long-term relationships with removals and property professionals
Manage account activity using our in-house CRM
Resolve issues fast and spot opportunities to improve how we work
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Ops teams to make sure every partner thrives
? A DAY IN THE LIFE
Start your day with a team huddle--sharing updates, wins and priorities. You check in on your partner queue, jump on a call with a removals company about a new setting on the partner app and work with Sales to finalise an onboarding. By mid-afternoon, you've resolved two partner issues, logged key CRM updates, and helped a new partner go live without a hitch. Inbox clear, tasks complete and partners happy.

1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, B2B support or account management
Confident communicator--especially by phone
Proactive, calm, and solution-focused
Comfortable juggling tasks, using digital tools and keeping organised
