Mealzo is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our Glasgow team. This role involves supporting Mealzo partner restaurants and customers through calls, WhatsApp, and internal systems, while working closely with overseas teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers and partner restaurants in a professional and friendly manner
Respond to WhatsApp and ticketing system inquiries
Resolve customer and partner issues or escalate to relevant teams when required
Liaise daily with overseas support and operations teams to coordinate tasks and follow-ups
Handle urgent situations and system downtime according to company procedures
Support Partner Care and Marketing teams with basic inquiries
Maintain accurate records and provide clear handovers at the end of each shift
Requirements
Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working with overseas teams and different time zones
Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently
Calm, professional approach in fast-paced or urgent situations
