Role Overview
The Partnership Enablement Executive plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and sales activation across the One Global Travel Partner Community. Acting as the central operational link, this role transforms tactical partner support into measurable business growth. You will accelerate the sales pipeline, streamline bid processes, and enhance partner performance--ultimately increasing win rates and the value of multinational business acquisitions.
Key Quantifiable Outcomes
Pipeline Acceleration: Drive data-led pipeline management and support bid processes by centralising documentation and pricing coordination
Sales Enablement: Improve partner win rates by delivering standardised training, up-to-date sales toolkits, and collaborative sales support
Partner Performance: Ensure 100% of TMC partners participate in quarterly sales meetings and receive timely QBR performance reporting to support continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations and Pipeline Management
Manage the central global sales pipeline for all multinational bids, ensuring accurate reporting and timely updates to internal stakeholders
Support the RFP process by coordinating global pricing, managing sales documentation (including Bidhub), and facilitating information flow between joint ventures and the wider partner network
Analyse performance data and partner feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and improved bid outcomes
Partner Enablement and Relationship Management
Serve as the primary operational contact for the global TMC Partner Community, providing high-level administrative and sales support
Build strong relationships with partners through regular communication, value delivery, and collaborative sales meetings (1:1s, regional calls, and quarterly round-ups)
Develop and deliver training materials and toolkits to help partners become more self-sufficient and effective in the sales process
Reporting, Analysis, and Strategic Alignment
Produce performance slide decks and reporting to support Quarterly Business Reviews and track key sales and partner metrics
Gather and share partner and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams across partnerships, sales, and operations, and support client-facing product demos as needed
Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in global travel or travel networks preferred
Proven experience in global sales operations and RFP support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills, team spirit, and stakeholder relationship management
Effective time management and ability to work across multiple time zones
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in a team
Professional, flexible, and approachable with a positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Project management skills desirable
Confident in using travel technologies and delivering product demos
