Synapri are working with a fast-growing, innovative B2B SaaS organisation on an exciting global growth journey! They are looking for a Sales Enablement Executive to inspire and equip sales teams worldwide to generate their own pipeline and achieve exceptional results. This hands-on role allows you to leverage your own sales experience to design training, playbooks, and best practices that make a tangible impact across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and empower global sales teams to drive outbound and self-generated pipeline.
Create engaging playbooks, training materials, and enablement content.
Partner with sales managers to ensure tools, processes, and methods are adopted effectively.
Optimise sales processes and tools to maximise efficiency and results.
Track impact and demonstrate measurable contribution to revenue growth.
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, digital sales, or sales enablement.
Proven track record in building and closing your own pipeline.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and digital sales tools.
Exceptional coaching, presentation, and communication skills.
Highly organised, results-driven, and collaborative across global teams.
