We are looking for a sales-focused, confident, and proactive Partnership Sale Executive to join our growing team, based in our Truro office.

We're looking for candidates from various backgrounds who have experience in sales, account management, or customer services roles.

We are Checkmyfile, provider of the most detailed credit report you can get. We provide practical guidance, support and encouragement, based on decades of relevant knowledge and experience, to help people understand their credit health.

We're the only credit report provider that shows detailed information from the three main Credit Reference Agencies: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, in one place. And with our dedicated customer service team on hand, we're committed to guiding our customers along on their credit journey.

What you'll make happen:



Providing the best incoming and outbound communication with new and existing partners to promote what Checkmyfile does. Identify and communicate with partners falling below or exceeding our expectations to drive optimisation within the platform to meet KPIs. Grow to understand our partner, what they do, and why they do it to improve partner relations while identifying business opportunities. Grow the partner platform through a pre-designed lead generation process to meet the ambitious growth targets. Advocate for the partnership team across Checkmyfile, sharing valuable feedback with the business as a whole. Drive brand awareness, showcase product changes, and generate business opportunities through in-person and virtual events.

Who we're looking for:



Essential:



Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with our partners and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Skilled at building strong, professional relationships and maintaining them over time. Proactive and organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage workload independently. Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, account management, or Customer Service

Desired:



Experience working in a commercial environment where building relationships and delivering results were key to success. Background in partnership, affiliate, or performance-based marketing channels. Previous experience collaborating with marketing or content teams on asset development.

Remuneration



On Target Earnings of up to 34,500 per year, consisting of base salary and discretionary annual bonus A competitive base salary of 25,000 to 30,000 depending on experience Opportunity to earn an annual bonus up to 15% of salary based on company and individual performance Our Enhanced Company pension scheme with 5% matched employer contributions
