All appointments are subject to pre-employment checks returning satisfactory results including an Enhanced DBS Check, social media checks and Right to Work checks. Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Management & Retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of academic, business and community partners.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships through regular communication and check-ins.
Ensure contractual commitments are met, delivering agreed benefits and outcomes for each partner.
Monitor partner satisfaction and take proactive steps to resolve issues or enhance the partnership.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, deliverables, and partner feedback in the Unloc CRM on Monday.com.
Partnership Delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner-related programmes, projects and events.
Track, report, and evidence the impact of partnership activities for partner reporting and renewals.
Growth & Upselling
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through new initiatives, additional services, or longer-term commitments.
Work with the Partnership Development team to link-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue targets.
Support the creation of proposals and renewal pitches for existing partners.
Reporting & Evaluation
Produce regular partnership performance reports, impact summaries, and case studies.
Collect and analyse data to demonstrate partner ROI and the social impact of their involvement.
Present findings to partners in a clear, engaging, and professional format.
Share partner updates and requirements with colleagues to ensure alignment across projects.
Brand & Advocacy
Represent Unloc in partner meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Advocate for Unloc's mission and values in all partner interactions.
Seek opportunities for joint storytelling, PR, and content creation with partners.
Administration & Compliance
Keep partnership agreements and documents up to date.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations in all partner communications and data handling.
Manage partnership timelines, budgets, and invoicing processes in collaboration with the operations and finance team.
Person Specification:
Qualifications
Essential:
GCSE Maths and English at grade A-C / 9-4 (or equivalent). Two A-Levels at grade A-C (or equivalent).
Desirable:
Level 2 ICT qualification.
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent industry experience).
A teaching qualification
Experience and Knowledge
Essential:
Previous experience in sales, partnership development and/or account management.
Previous experience working with academic institutions.
Desirable:
Previous experience of working for a social enterprise.
Previous knowledge of the public sector.
Previous experience working with businesses
Abilities and Skills
Essential:
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High-level communication skills including written and verbal communication.
Desirable:
High level of skill when using Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain a professional online image including social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. This includes promoting Unloc's work and opportunities for young people.
Other
Essential:
Willingness to undertake staff training and development as required. This could include the opportunity to undertake a degree level apprenticeship.
Willingness to travel across the Solent region on a frequent basis and sometimes further afield.
Desirable:
A full UK driving licence.
