What will you be doing?




As a Partnerships Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing relationships with our existing integration and ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partners. You will be responsible for managing partner accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring successful technical integrations. Your work will be critical in cultivating strategic partnerships that deliver significant long-term revenue streams to Teya through integrated solutions and expanded market reach. To do that, we're looking for someone to:

Relationship manage - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within Teya Identify growth opportunities - Work closely with partners to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities that benefit both parties Support technical integrations - Develop working knowledge of our technical integrations to effectively support partners through implementation processes Drive partner success - Monitor partner performance metrics and collaborate on strategies to enhance mutual success and revenue growth Enable partners - Equip partners with the necessary tools, resources, and product knowledge to effectively represent and integrate with Teya's solutions Reporting and Documentation - Maintain detailed records of partner activities, performance metrics, and account plans in our CRM system (Hubspot)

What are we looking for?



A demonstrated background in account management or partner management, preferably in a technology-focused business Experience working with integration partners and ISVs is highly desirable Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term partnership development Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously Familiarity with CRM software (Ideally HubSpot) Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently
