We know that the right partnerships can elevate our brand, broaden our reach and create truly memorable experiences for guests. That's why we're looking for a talented Partnerships & Collaborations Executive to join our growing team.

The Role

We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Partnerships & Collaborations Executive to identify, pitch and deliver impactful brand collaborations. You will research and approach potential partners whose values and audiences align with Unique Homestays, crafting compelling proposals and building strong, lasting relationships.



Once partnerships are agreed, you'll take the lead in coordinating the project delivery to ensure that every internal team contributes their expertise to maximise success. You'll also set clear objectives, define relevant metrics and measure the impact of each collaboration, using insights to refine future initiatives.

The Person

You will be outgoing, resourceful and highly organised, with a talent for spotting opportunities others might miss. Comfortable presenting ideas and pitching proposals, you'll combine creative thinking with commercial acumen, ensuring partnerships are both inspiring and results-driven.



You will have proven experience in partnership management, brand collaborations or business development, as well as a strong track record of delivering successful projects from initial concept through to measurable results. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, social media and PR teams will be a distinct advantage.



You'll be equally at home networking externally as you are working closely with colleagues to bring a vision to life. You will also thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two projects are the same.

In addition to excellent organisational and communication skills, you will:


Have a keen eye for brand alignment and creative opportunities. Be a confident and persuasive communicator, both in person and in writing. Show a data-informed mindset, be able to set KPIs and evaluate outcomes. Be comfortable working collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders. Possess a proactive and self-starting approach with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Main Tasks

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


Researching and identifying new brand partnership and collaboration opportunities. Creating tailored pitches and proposals for prospective partners. Negotiating and securing partnership agreements. Coordinating internal teams to ensure all elements of a partnership are delivered to a high standard. Defining objectives, selecting relevant metrics and monitoring performance throughout each project. Reporting on outcomes and impact, providing actionable insights for future partnerships.

The Details

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Location: UK travel will be required with some office time in St Columb with flexible hybrid working options (this is not a fully remote role). Salary: Competitive, c. 35,000pa Benefits: + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off*
