Job Description

Gloucester Rugby is seeking a dynamic and driven Partnerships Executive to support the delivery and growth of the club's commercial partnerships. This role will be key in managing day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring contractual delivery, account management and contributing to long-term partnership success and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities



Account Management

:

o Act as main point of contact for an allocated portfolio of Gloucester Rugby partners

o Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and retention

o Manage partner communications, ensuring timely responses and proactive updates

Contract Fulfilment:



o Ensure all contracted rights are delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard (branding, digital, matchday activations, ticketing, hospitality etc)

o Collaborate with internal departments to fulfil partner commitments

Activation & Events:



o Support the planning and execution of partner activations, both on matchdays and through non matchday events

o Collaborate on creative ideas to help partners achieve their marketing and business goals through their association with Gloucester Rugby

Reporting & Evaluation:



o Track, measure, and report on partnership performance, including media valuation reports and updates on asset delivery

o Produce & provide regular updates and end-of-season reviews for each partner

New Business Support:



o Assist the Commercial team in developing pitch decks, presentations, and case studies for new business opportunities.

o Contribute insights and support on developing compelling partnership proposals

Miscellaneous:



o Track competitors and best in class sponsorship strategy and activation (within and outside the industry)

o Provide admin support for the Senior Partnerships Manager & wider commercial team where required

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge



Essential



o 1-2 years demonstrable experience in a similar role & industry

o Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills o Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously

o Strong written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills

o A positive, can-do attitude, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach

o Ability to work matchdays and evenings/weekends as required

o Computer literate, with strong understand of Microsoft Office suite

o Full driving licence and passport

Desirable



o Passion for rugby or sports industry

o Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools

o Confidence in presenting to stakeholders and clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
