Join Our Commercial Development Team!

Are you an organised and enthusiastic individual ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a confident self-starter to join our Commercial Development Team, part of the Blenheim Palace Marketing Team.


In this exciting and varied role, you'll support new business opportunities and work closely with key commercial partners. Your day-to-day will include providing essential administrative, marketing, and account management support across several high-profile areas, from Travel Trade and International Markets to Hotel Partners, Corporate Partnerships, Filming, and Group bookings.


This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, with some flexibility required for occasional weekend or event support to meet business needs.

We are looking for a confident, outgoing person who is happy to network both internally and externally, stakeholder management is key to this role. Someone who is flexible and able to be doing administration one day to standing at an exhibition stand talking about Blenheim the next. We are a small team, and we want someone who can happily fit in. No day is ever the same.
