To support our continued growth and exciting plans, we\'re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team to help grow, own and manage a selection of our most important partners.

The role

Our Partnerships team manages B2B relationships across a diverse range of businesses, from the leading price comparison websites, through to large corporate businesses and membership associations. This role plays a pivotal part in the strategy, management, and performance of the Partnership channel.

You\'ll work closely with our digital product, marketing and sales teams, to optimise performance, drive new initiatives and grow the delivery of referrals from our existing partner channels.

As the Partnership Manager your key responsibilities will be:

  • Design and execute strategies across multi-million-pound partnerships that meet business revenue targets. This covers a diverse range of businesses; including some of the leading Price Comparison Websites; some will have been our partners for 5+ years, some will have just been onboarded.
  • Day to Day relationship management of partners, as well as understanding their goals and strategy to best add value. Execute regular rhythms to improve/embed relationships and drive partner engagement and ensuring the delivery of SLAs.
  • Grow the quality of relationships we have with our Partners, some being our highest value corporate partners, in alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the operational management of partnerships channels, from directing creative work for campaigns through to checking the commission statement is accurate and renegotiating the partner contract at the end of the term.
  • Work alongside our performance manager to understand and optimise the full sales funnel from journey starter to closed sale.
  • Closely collaborate with product and internal teams (particularly the Sales Community) to plan, execute and manage successful campaigns and initiatives to enhance journey performance, conversion rates and deliver on SLA\'s.
  • Expand our product offering with existing partners to support growth of other key business verticals.
  • Recommendation of new channels to build long-term partnership success, managing an existing calendar of activities and collaborate with support functions in delivering marketing objectives.
  • Clear and concise reporting and communicating performance against partnership goals across the entire funnel from user through to sale.

About you

You will be an experienced and proven account or partnership manager in either B2B or B2C space, with quantifiable proof of driving growth with existing and recently onboarded partners.

You\'ll also be:
  • Confident influencing C-level both internally and externally, achieving change as well as negotiating successfully.
  • Ability to work under deadlines to hit goals, whilst remaining organised and prioritising responsibilities.
  • Analytical, with a keen understanding of performance marketing and business success KPI\'s.
  • Able to review performance, analyse trends and identify root causes using a range of reporting suites (Salesforce, GA and Tableau)
  • Excellent communication skills including presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand detailed contracts and their implications.
  • Experience delivering presentations virtually and in person.
  • Comfortable with change in a fast-pace, high challenge environment.
