Apprentice Parts Advisor This will suit a school leaver only.

Duties:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Organize and maintain the parts department to ensure efficiency and cleanliness
- Process parts orders and returns accurately and in a timely manner

Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records
- Proficiency in Excel and other computer software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of phone etiquette to provide professional and courteous service over the phone
