We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, as well as the ability to manage inventory effectively.
Responsibilities
Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and availability.
Assist with pricing parts according to dealers pricing matrix
Process large volumes of orders in line with pre-existing processes.
Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts for repairs.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Process orders efficiently, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a motor industry parts or aftersales role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
