Hereford, UK Anywhere T H WHITE is recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts Team in Hereford.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am-5:30pm

Key Duties will Include:

Serving agricultural customers in person and by phone Supporting engineers with parts and technical help Ordering parts Stock input and control Other duties related to keeping the business operating effectively Be part of a summer working rota for weekends and evenings (May-September approx)

The Ideal Applicant:

You will be a team player You will have the ability to work under pressure and flexible to quickly change between tasks You will be committed to providing prompt and helpful resolutions to challenging problems You will be confident to upsell to bring in additional parts business You will be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills Previous agriculture or dairy parts knowledge is advantageous Clean UK Driving Licence
