Duties
Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their machinery.
Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person, providing clear information regarding parts availability and specifications.
Utilise Excel to track inventory data and generate reports as needed.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the parts department.
Stay updated on new products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Ensure that the parts area is well-organised and clean, contributing to a professional environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within the garden machinery equipment industry is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
Proficiency in using Excel for data management is preferred.
