Pure Cold Solutions Ltd specializes in refrigeration and air conditioning services, including maintenance, installation, and design of commercial equipment. As part of the Pure Cold Group, we also manufacture display cases, freezers, and backup refrigeration systems.

Summary

We are seeking a person to order parts and submit quotes in our busy service department. Ideally the individual will have worked in the industry and have an idea of the equipment we work on. The individual will need to work under their own initiative, be computer literate and be able to multitask.

Responsibilities

Order parts identified by the service engineers. Prepare quotes for customers and upload to customers portals. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative processes.. Handle data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Support the management of inventory and supplies related to refrigeration equipment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Requirements

Proven experience in an parts and quoting role or similar position. Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Basic refrigeration and air conditioning knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
