We are approved repairers for some of the most high-profile Insurers in the country. These include brands such as Direct Line, Churchill, Aviva, AXA, Hastings and many more.

To date, we have operations in 15 locations, employ over 300 staff and repair over 20,000 vehicles annually. But we are just getting started - we aim to continue our growth exponentially, and hope to be opening a repair centre near you sometime soon.

We are currently seeking a Parts Manager to join our team at our Accident Repair Bodyshop in Edinburgh. A minimum of 2 years Parts Management experience is required within a Bodyshop or the Motor Trade is preferred. All training will be given to the successful applicant.

Duties



Manage and control the parts department to ensure accuracy and efficiency Build and develop relationships with suppliers Monitor stock levels and minimize inventory Proactively identify and source parts from alternate suppliers to minimize downtime when items are on back order Order, receive, and distribute parts to technicians Ensure all parts transactions are correctly recorded on the management system

Skills



Previous experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar automotive/industrial parts management role Strong knowledge of automotive parts, ordering systems, and inventory control Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experienced with Management System, parts catalogues, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
