BSW Heating Limited is a domestic and commercial heating servicing, maintenance, and installation company. We provide a professional, high-quality service across the Southeast. Our teams manage domestic and commercial installation projects, as well as repair and maintenance contracts for a range of clients including housing associations, local authorities, education providers and hospitals.
OVERALL PURPOSE
To work assist in the day to day running to ensure the smooth operation of the department to work as efficiently as possible. Running reports, allocating overdue orders, organising department stock and liaising with engineers will all be daily duties.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
It is beneficial to have a good understanding of gas and heating parts. The main quality required is to be an outgoing confident negotiator with good people skills. To be organised and proactive is key to this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure reports are run daily and distributed to the relevant buyers/departments.
To liaise with our suppliers to ensure that parts are chased and delivered on time.
To liaise with our engineers to ensure consignment stocks are accurate and up to date.
To ensure the stock for the department & company is up to date compliant and correct.
To liaise with all other departments to ensure the smooth transitioning of the ordering process.
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
Good standard of IT skills and basic knowledge of windows software, especially outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Positive attitude to work
Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
