Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers Providing expert guidance to help customers identify the right parts for their needs Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless and high-quality service experience Developing in-depth knowledge of our product range to better support customer requirements Working with the Warehouse Supervisor to reduce returns and improve customer satisfaction Identifying opportunities to grow sales across different customer segments and product lines
