We are a Family run Business since 1984 with staff of over 30 years, plus new staff members..
We require a Parts Sales Advisor with an understanding of the CV or Automotive Market. Knowledge of MAM Autopart software would be an advantage (but full training will be given).
99% of our staff join Allspares and work their way up, possibilities in Sales/Management etc
Full Diving Licence, have a pleasant nature, driven and willing to learn and able to work with an existing team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the correct parts and accessories for their needs. You will be responsible for maintaining an organised inventory, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, and providing exceptional service that enhances customer satisfaction.
Job Summary:
Answer phone calls Identifying parts through various systems Checking parts if they are in stock Calling Suppliers, purchasing parts required for customers Generating Part Number on system Communicating with customers on delivery or order, When, Urgent, Etc Stock handling/control when required Training given for all aspects of job (i.e. warranties, returns, sales, promotions)
